At the Asian Lantern Festival: Into the Wild, the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens transforms into a wonderland that includes over 30 hand-constructed illuminated lantern displays around the Zoo on a 3/4-mile path.

All your favorite traditions – dialed up to 10 – will be in one place as Cranes Roost Park becomes the HQ for holiday fun. The City of Altamonte Springs and Duke Energy are decking the halls and decking out the park with live music, entertainment, fireworks, train rides and a special appearance from Mr. and Mrs. Claus. With over 200,000 lights and the lighting of a 60 ft. Christmas tree, it’s impossible to leave without being in the holiday spirit.
Jingle all the way down to the Longwood Christmas Parade, the annual event that makes visitors feel like locals as the entire community comes together to celebrate the holiday season. In past years, over a hundred entries into the parade lineup, including the Longwood Fire Department, the Longwood Police Youth Explorers, the Lyman High School Marching Band, and more, have made this a can’t miss event.
