There’s nothing better on a rainy day than some delicious Vietnamese food! Blended Bistro & Boba in Lake Mary, FL is a family-owned restaurant that offers everything from pho, poke bowls, pad Thai, and of course boba tea! We couldn’t resist and had to try almost everything on the menu. The items that stood out the most were the pad Thai and the chicken bao buns, but honestly everything was amazing! We also got a Pink Paradise tea with strawberry popping boba and it was definitely the perfect drink to accompany our lunch.
More InfoAfter we filled up with lunch, we headed to Downtown Lake Mary for some retail therapy. We stopped at Sophie & Trey, a local boutique that sells the latest trendy fashion pieces and accessories. The atmosphere is so upscale, but the clothes are super affordable and high quality! The store even offers free styling services! You can call ahead and let them know what you’re shopping for and one of their associates will pull clothes and save a dressing room for you before you even arrive. This is one of our favorite places to shop in Orlando North! The owner also has another store 2 doors down called 4th & Ocean that sells more casual and comfy options.
More InfoAfter Karen and I spent more than we care to admit on clothes, we had to stop over at It Suits Me so Colby could do a little shopping for himself. This shop sells everything you could need to be the talk of the town. Their suits are such great quality and there are so many colors, textures, and patterns to choose from! The tie selection was also very impressive. It Suits Me is a one stop shot for formal and business casual attire for men!
More InfoRight outside of It Suits Me is a little hidden gem called Mural Alley! Hidden between buildings you can find an assortment of different murals that decorate the walls outside! This is a perfect photo spot for anyone looking to elevate their Instagram feed.
More InfoTo end our rainy-day excursion, we headed to Topgolf in Lake Mary. There’s honestly nothing better than some good food & drinks and friendly competition. We learned that the head chef at this location was previously the Executive Sous Chef at EPCOT! So, you know the food is top notch. Each bay has many different games to choose from and if you go on a Tuesday, all game play is half off. If you’re there later in the day, the patio on the 3rd floor is the best spot to catch the sunset.
