Looking for a breakfast spot in the heart of Oviedo? The Townhouse Restaurant is perfect for all types of food needs and has a great indoor and outdoor seating area. The Townhouse Restaurant has been an Oviedo tradition since the 1950’s. It is family owned and operated and has a history of home cooked style meals that give you a small town feel! Some of my favorite things to order at Townhouse are the Western Omelet and the Historic Downtown Oviedo Platter. Each meal comes with a variety of sides that you can substitute or keep the same to meet your dietary needs! The Townhouse Restaurant is a great place for a family breakfast, or to meet up with friends!
View MenuOviedo On The Park is a relatively new centerpiece of town that features a multitude of different shops and restaurants, salons and even residential areas. Whether you are looking for a retail experience or a walk outdoors - Oviedo On The Park has it all! The dog park that is connected to Center Lake is a perfect place to let your pooch hang out with other dogs. A massive playground and splash pad is the ideal location to let your kids get their energy out, while parents can enjoy some alone time. One of my favorite places to grab a quick bite to eat is Clean Juice! Clean Juice offers smoothies, acai bowls, juices, and energy shots that are not only good for you, but cool you down on a hot day! Families can rent Swan Paddle Boats for as low as $5 to ride around the lake in, too! Oviedo On The Park is a fantastic spot for all ages, families and individuals to hangout outdoors or indoors, for exercise and leisure!
Checkout Oviedo On The ParkIf you are an outdoorsy person like I am, the Little Big Econ Forest is a great place to hike in the woods! There are mapped and unmapped trails that you and your family can enjoy with tons of different wildlife and forestry to experience. My friends and I love to rope swing into the water; however, The Forest is also home to alligators, but you won’t be able to miss them on the banks of the river! There are many different entrances to The Forest, and there are tons of maps before you enter so you know exactly where you are going! Florida does not have a lot of hiking trails or high elevations, so this is something you definitely want to take advantage of!
