(August 30, 2018) — Seminole County Sports is pleased to report another accolade to their scorecard — they have earned one of the state’s highest sports marketing tourism awards, presented at the Florida Recreation and Park Association (FRPA) annual conference, August 29, 2018.

Since opening in May of 2016, Sanford’s 15-field Boombah Sports Complex has hosted over 100 events, bringing in over 200,000 visitors, which has generated over $34 million dollars in economic impact for Seminole County.
