Psych Cat’s “Unknown Forest” is a collection of four artists, developing a world parallel to what we know as our own. With inspiration drawn from fairy tales, classic stories, fear of the night, and the secrets kept in the trees, this immersive installation welcomes you to walk the path of the “Unknown Forest.” Introducing the viewers to mysterious, strange, and fantastical lands that lay in the back of your memories. This exhibit walks the line between psychedelic joy and petrifying uncertainty. Get lost within these lands and meet the creatures who dwell in the shadows. Forget what you remember to be true, for this confrontation with the unknown is to be embraced; thus has been the plight of humanity since the beginning of time!

Psych Cat is an artist collective located in Central Florida creating a platform for artistic expression by curating exhibitions, installation works, and publishing press in efforts to promote local talent. The members of the Psych Cat Community seek to enrich Orlando’s already blooming arts culture. It is our belief that all forms of artistic expression are equally important and impactful as tools for social progress. Our ultimate mission is to provide a space for creative souls to be seen, heard, and appreciated.
