Many of the unique contemporary art work seen in Downtown Sanford, the Central Florida Zoo, and the Seminole Wekiva Trail are credited to Jeff’s many talents. Jeff Sonksen
Jeff Sonksen’s style of painting is often referred to as “pop” or “street art.” Over the years he has taught hundreds of people how to paint in his style using color codes. The technique applies layers one at a time, dark to light, and yields a beautiful 3 dimensional appearance.

WHAT’S NEW & HAPPENING!
The Sanford Art Walk is a monthly downtown Historic Sanford event, held on the 3rd Saturday of every month from 6-9 PM. Anchored by the Historic Sanford Welcome Center at 230 East First Street, up to a dozen various venues participate in the Art Walk in any given month (venue maps are available at each venue and at the Welcome Center). Come early for the West End/Celery City Craft sponsored Food Truck Bazaar at the corner of 2nd and Palmetto Avenues (5-8 PM). And after the Art Walk, stay late and enjoy dinner or a drink at one of the many fine downtown, historic Sanford businesses.
