The Hollerbach family followed up on the success of their Willow Tree Café German restaurant by opening Magnolia Square Market in 2011. The focus is on imported German products – beer and wine from over 50 German breweries and wineries, chocolate, Gummi bears, dry goods, condiments and many other products from familiar brands such as Haribo, Ritter Sport, Knorr, Löwensenf, Maggi, etc. – but they also feature in-house prepared meats, a full-service bakery, a lunch counter with a wide assortment of meats and cheeses from quality vendors, as well as a frozen meat section.

Open 365 days a year from 8 a.m. to sunset, the 72-degrees spring is available for swimming, snorkeling, canoeing and stand-up paddle-boarding. From the dense, almost tropical hammocks near where the springs feed into the Wekiva river, to the scenic sandhill uplands, the park is rife with opportunities to see many kinds of animals.
The Black Hammock is an award-winning attraction that includes a lake-view bar with live music every weekend, airboat rides near Orlando, full-service restaurant, free wildlife exhibit, venue rental and more!
