Lake Mary Community Center
The Lake Mary Community Center has two separate rooms available for private rentals on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Additional time may also be available for private rentals Monday through Thursday. Each room is rented separately on an hourly basis according to the following fee schedule:
Room #1 – 160 person capacity
City of Lake Mary Resident (within corporate boundaries) = $55/hr plus tax
Non-Resident = $80/hr plus tax
Room #2 – 108 theatre style capacity 80 banquet style capacity
City of Lake Mary Resident (within corporate boundaries) = $40/hr plus tax
Non-Resident = $60/hr plus tax
Security Deposit: $200 for single room rental
$300 for full building rental (two rooms)
NOTE- A two-hour minimum rental is required. Dates and times are not reserved until full payment for the rental is made, including the deposit. Please call 407-585-1420 to check for date and time availability.
